Modern Slavery Policy
We provide clear guidance on the behaviours and actions we expect from all the people and organisations that work for and with Enspire Solutions. We choose to engage and partner with like-minded organisations because they too recognise that people must be treated with dignity and with respect.
Enspire Solutions does not believe there is any place in today’s world for slavery or human trafficking. We are fully committed to continually improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking and to encourage the same high standards from our partners and or suppliers.
Enspire Solutions is an international supplier to clients focusing on protection people and of critical assets against hostile attack. Although we are a small company, we employ very experienced subject matter experts and suitably qualified and experienced technical staff. Our head office is based in Fareham, Hampshire, United Kingdom.
Enspire Solutions purchase a wide range of products and services from its carefully chosen supply chain, including IT hardware, software, and telecommunications; vehicles; office furniture, equipment, and supplies; utilities; travel services; and training services, as well as providing solutions to clients on an international scale.
Enspire Solutions is fully committed to taking responsibility for acting ethically and with integrity in all our business transactions and relationships, including our commitment to combating human trafficking and slavery. We firmly believe that our own company is at relatively low risk from human slavery, but we are alert to our suppliers and to our clients who may be exposed to a greater risk.
To mitigate and manage risk, the following activities are undertaken:
- We commit to delivering mandatory Modern Slavery training to all employees and temporary staff, this will be refreshed annually.
- We commit to advising employees on how they should report any concerns they may have associated with Modern Slavery.
- Our company will perform a compliance audit during which pre-employment checks, including eligibility to work, references, qualifications and proof of national insurance numbers, are reviewed.
- We commit to not using or accepting forced, bonded or involuntary prison labour or child labour; nor will we hold onto our workers’ identity papers or knowingly work with businesses that do.
- We can confirm that no breaches of the Modern Slavery Act have been reported.
We review our policies and procedures regularly.
