Headquartered in the UK, we specialise in the design, delivery, and implementation of protective solutions against a wide variety of blast and ballistic threats. Established in 2014, as a member of the Enspire Group, along with Force Development Services, we field a multi-disciplinary team. Our world class professionals comprise experts in architecture, structures, engineering, supply chain management, manufacturing, construction, and project management and technological innovation. The Enspire Solutions team of subject matter experts offer clients a discrete consultancy service to qualify and quantify risk whereas our in-house design and manufacturing facility can manufacture and implement turnkey solutions that ultimately solve the client's problem.

Claire Hemmings
Managing Partner + CEO
A Board Level Executive with extensive knowledge in both corporate and small to medium businesses, working within the Defence, Security sectors. Acknowledged as a natural leader with excellent communication skills who can manage change effectively, both in growing and flexing businesses when required. Ability to engage and create strong lasting client relationships whilst maintaining a first-class operational capability. A proven track record of on time delivery backed with 28 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations and Programme Management.
Chrys Stevenson
Director
Chrys joined the Enspire Group in 2020 to develop the Group’s growth strategy and lead the company’s domestic and international business-winning activities. He brings a deep understanding of the defence and security sector and has a proven track record of growing innovation-led institutions. Starting out in military vehicle research and development, Chrys has worked extensively with government agencies throughout his 44-year career. A mechanical engineer by profession, he has held senior business leadership level positions in the Land, Sea, Air and C4ISR domains.
Dr Robert (Bob) Stephens
Acting CTO
With over 30 years’ experience in the defence and security industry Bob provides both practical and technical expertise to the Group’s offerings. His early career was spent in the Royal Engineers leading, and working as part of, multi-disciplinary civilian and military teams managing design and construction tasks, often in austere environments. During this period, he gained experience working with all three services. Latterly Bob’s career has concentrated on the research and development of explosion and ballistic protection (EBP) solutions, both within government and commercially, along with providing consultancy advice for the integration of EBP measures in government and commercial developments. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Principal Member of the Register of Security Engineers and Specialists.
Neil Dixon
Key Account Manager
Neil joined Force Development Services in 2016 with a focus on generating new business with Police and Law Enforcements clients. He brings 30 years of front-line experience served with the Metropolitan Police Service during which 18 years were spent with SCO19’s Specialist Firearms Command. Having held a variety of operational and firearms instructor roles, he is able to bring significant value to our clients through his deep understanding of their mission objectives. Neil has a passion for ensuring those who put themselves in harm’s way to protect us are equipped with the best possible capabilities.
Mark Baggott
Finance Director
Mark brings over 20 years’ experience as a senior Finance leader having fulfilled roles as Finance Director, Financial Controller across different sectors including Defence, Security, Aerospace, Financial Services, IT, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and On-line Retail. In addition to his FTSE 250 company experience, since 2015, Mark has been working exclusively with SME’s applying his insights to improving business performance and supporting business growth. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CGMA).
